# Goals

July Goals

I can't believe it - We are over half way through this year! I really can't believe how quickly the last 6 months have gone :O

I thought it was time to start setting goals in order to ensure that I achieve things. It'd hard to get the motivation to do anything when you're at home all the time!

I have a few goals for this month:
1) Aim for 5,000 steps a day.                                                                 
2) Lose 4lb.                                                                                             
3) Book a holiday away for me and Josh.                                               
4) Two readings per week for dissertation.                                             

I think they're quite reasonable goals and I'll be checking back in at the end of the month to let you all know how I got on!
